1. Acceptance

By using EasyGeorgian.com ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. If you're under 18, you confirm you have parental/guardian consent.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. One account per person. Don't share your login or let others access your purchased content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Our Products

  • Beginner Audio Course: 60 interactive audio lessons, streaming access via your account.
  • Podcast Course: 25+ immersive audio episodes with transcripts and translations, streaming access via your account.
  • Flashcard App: Web-based spaced repetition flashcard application, free for course students.

5. Purchases & Pricing

All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes where required. Prices may change, but changes won't affect existing purchases. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all course purchases. To request a refund, email hello@easygeorgian.com within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked.

EU residents: This 14-day guarantee aligns with (and may exceed) your statutory rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Lifetime Access

Course purchases include lifetime access — meaning as long as EasyGeorgian.com operates, your content remains accessible. If we ever discontinue a product, we'll provide at least 90 days' notice and make content available for download during that period.

6. Intellectual Property & Licensing

All content (audio lessons, podcast episodes, flashcard data, website design, text, images) is owned by EasyGeorgian or its licensors and protected by copyright.

When you purchase a course, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for your own learning purposes.

You may NOT:

  • Download, record, or save audio content locally
  • Share, redistribute, or resell course content
  • Use content to train AI models or for automated processing
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or programmatically access course content
  • Share your account credentials with others

7. Flashcard App Terms

The flashcard app is a web application that stores your learning progress in the cloud. Your data is linked to your account and available across devices. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability but aim for high uptime.

8. Acceptable Use

Don't use our services to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Attempt to bypass access controls or security measures
  • Interfere with other users' experience
  • Send spam or use our platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content

9. Third-Party Services

Our services rely on third-party providers (Firebase, payment processors, email services). We're not responsible for their availability or terms, but we choose providers carefully.

10. Limitation of Liability

EasyGeorgian is provided "as is." We do our best to ensure quality and accuracy, but:

  • We don't guarantee specific learning outcomes
  • We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g., for fraud or gross negligence).

11. Termination

You can close your account at any time by emailing us. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms after providing notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue (except in cases of serious violations).

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia. EU consumer rights are preserved — nothing in these terms limits your statutory protections under EU law.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or website notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
